All sales are final — no returns or exchanges are accepted. Each item is handmade with care, and I take the time to answer any questions you may have before purchase. Please double-check item details and sizing before ordering!

If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order, you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue. After that time, I won’t be able to accept any returns or exchanges.

*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
*If not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Processing Time

Hi friends! Just a friendly reminder in case you missed it:

Our Current Processing Times (Excludes weekends & holidays):
• Corsages & Sashes – 2 weeks
• Pacifiers, Bottles, & Guest Pins – 2 weeks
• Custom Orders & Multi-Item Orders – Minimum 2–3 weeks
(Processing time may vary depending on order details and weekly workload)

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using the method you selected at checkout. PLEASE NOTE that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS First Class or Ground Advantage.
Delivery typically takes around 6 business days, but please check the USPS website for the most up-to-date delivery estimates.

*Important: Once your order is shipped, I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Last-Minute Orders & Rush Fees

Need your order in a hurry? I may be able to help!

*Rush Fee:
-$5 for weekday rush orders
-$10 for weekend rush orders

(Rush fees apply only if I have a full order queue or limited availability)

*Priority Shipping Required:
All last-minute requests must upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping, even if a rush fee is not applied.

If you do not upgrade your shipping, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Final Sale & Discontinued Items Policy

• All sale items are FINAL SALE – no returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
• No custom changes or modifications can be made to these items.
• No additional discounts or coupon codes may be applied to final sale items.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if:
-You cancel within 24 hours of purchase
-Or as long as I haven’t started making your item yet.

If your order has already been started or is ready to ship, a $5 cancellation fee will apply.

****Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once placed, as materials and time are reserved specifically for your request.
